Who can earn Points

Any registered user of HALARA App can earn points according to these Rules.

Buy and Save

You will earn 1 point for every US dollar spent on your purchase, excluding shipping fee and tax. Points will be credited to your account once your order has been delivered.

Daily Check-in

  • You will earn 1 point for every US dollar spent on your purchase, excluding shipping fee and tax. Points will be credited to your account once your order has been delivered.
  • A consecutive streak lasts seven days. On the eighth day, the cycle will restart and will count as your first check-in of the cycle. If you do not complete a seven-day cycle, the first day you check in after not checking in for at least a day will count as day one of your cycle.

Review our products

Points can be earned by posting reviews on your purchased items. After you submit a text review, you will receive 5 points. If your review includes picture(s), you will receive an additional 10 points. If your review includes usual size information, you will receive another 3 points. You can earn up to 18 points by posting a review on an order.

About Points Redemption

Every 100 points = $1 USD. You can use the points to deduct up to 50% of the total price of your order (excluding tax, shipping costs). Points with the earliest expiration date will be applied first. You can also use your points to redeem game opportunities during HALARA special events.

About Points Balance

Please sign into your HALARA account and click on "Points" in your account to view the balance.

About Points Expiration

HALARA points expiration date is 180 days . At the time that points are awarded, you will be advised of their expiration (You can check this information in: HALARA account--Points--Points History). If your points expire before redemption, they will be deleted from your account.

About Points Return

  • If an order is cancelled, the points applied to the original order will be immediately returned to your account.
  • If you return an order, the points used for that order will be returned to your account along with your refund. If you return part of an order, points will be returned to your account based on the percentage of the price of the returned items to the total order price.
  • If the cancellation of your order or product return occurs after the points used have expired, expired points will not be returned to your account. You can view the points details in your account.
  • If your product return occurs after you received your order, points used in the order will be returned to your account. Points received from placing an order will be deducted when you return an order or items; points received from this order will be deducted first, then the earliest expiring points will be deducted (if the points received from this order have been used and do not have sufficient points).
  • If you place a first order, receive points, use those points for a second order, after which you return the first order, we reserve the right to refund your purchase price on the first order minus the value of the points you received and used from the first order.

About Points Cancellation

  • If you place an order, receive points, after which you return this order while the points earned by this order have not been used, then such points will be cancelled along with your refund.
  • 2. If you place a former order, receive points, use those points for a later order, after which you return the former order, we will first cancel the points earned by the former order, then cancel the earliest expiring points. If the balance of your points is not enough for cancellation, we reserve the right to refund your purchase price of the former order minus the value of the points that should be further cancelled.

For example: you place 1st order (1000USD) and earn 1000 points (=10USD); you use 1000 points in 2rd order (original purchase price is 100USD, after deducting of 10USD, you pay 90USD); you have 90 points now. If you apply to return 1st order, then we should cancel 1000 points. So we will first cancel the points earned by 1st order (but it has been used up); then we will cancel 90 points – your points turn 0; for the outstanding 910 points, we will deduct it in your refund. As a result, you will get 1000 minus 9.1, i.e., 990.9USD as refund.
